Pushed the button on my 2002 RT/10 and door wont open. Had to use inside latch. Any body can help me.

Try to get proper wires used in moving machinery as replacement. Dodge didn't bother with those details. Just replacing it with more of the same from the dealer won't really be a permanent fix.

Cars still under warrenty so im going to have dodge fix it, Its weird because the door popped opened by itself and now seems to be working. Hate for it to pop open while driving. Thanks for all your help.

It's probably the wire in the hinge area. You have a broken wire in there and it's intermittently making contact. All I did was peel back the boot and solder in a jumper.

Seems to be happening a lot all of a sudden. This is a little odd but yes the design is bad. I just had mine replaced a month ago. Really stinks when all the windows are up and the door does not open. Have to go through the rear window and it is a pain.
