For normal street I use EBC green. They don't stop as well as I'd like but the dustless and squeeless of them make it worth it for me. I would never track them though. If you go with EBC contact Steve Pasztor at GreatBrakes 972-743-9443 for the best price and service. I think he also sells Brakeman3 if you want more stopping power.

Seriously, I haven't tried every pad on the market but I would bet most, certainly any performance pad will stop better. That being said, I still recommend EBC greens for street use if you don't want to clean your wheels every day or are into shows and not an aggressive driver. Again, I have them on my RT/10 and I do plenty of "spirited" although not aggressive driving. And I drag race (as in, at a dragstrip) about every other month.

For track days: Hawk HP+ (one of the best pads available)
For street use only: EBC Greenstuff (OEM performance, very very low dust)
