Hey,

what do you recommend for supercharged applications an EGT oder an AFR Gauge? I´ve already installed an AEM boost gauge for my paxton supercharger.

What value is more important? What do you use?

AFR gauge will be more precise. I would pick a gauge that has data logging capabilities as well. I have AEM widebands (non Fail safe style) in all three of my cars and I haven't had a problem with any. The new AEM Fail safe gauge looks like a good deal, but I haven't tried it out yet. Innovate also has some nice ones, but I haven't tried them out either.

I have the AEM Failsafe on my Paxton car. It works great. Combines boost and AFR into the same gauge. Can set it to view lamda or A/F ratio. Set also comes with 4 different gauge faces and two different color outer bezels to pick from.

AFR is probably more important to monitor but boost is nice to know if you are down on power. that means either you have issues or a loose belt and you dont have full power
