emission test

i'm thinking of removing my cats and going with the 3" corsa cat back. in wa state they plug into the port in the dash and don't actually test the exhaust. with the 02 sims would it pass the test? thanks in advance.

I have a set of O2 Simms I just removed last night that would help you. If you want them, they are forsale!

No cats + O2 sims = success on the OBD check in IL. Don't see why it would be any different in WA.

with o2 sims, it'll pass. w/o, you set a code and it won't. sims=good.
