Exhaust in Chicago

I would like to put cat backs and high flow cats on my car. If exhaust is the only mod I am going to make, should I put headers on also? Or just stick with the cat backs?

Also who can install for me in the Chicago area?

Besides TOOF . . .I dont know how much aftermarket stuff they do but Im sure Finishline Dodge can do what you are looking for. I think Scotty is buddys with them. When my waterpump went out he told me to take it there. They surprised me.
