Exhaust Leak

So I have an exhaust leak, and I am wondering if there are any common exhaust leak location. It seems both sides have a similar leak. The "V-band" on the collectors seemed a little loose, but tightening them didn't seem to help. I am starting to suspect the flex pipe.

Any ideas?

The flex pipe always sounds like it's leaking on both sides of mine. I have determined though that I don't think either flex is really leaking, since I can't feel anything, and I have no exhaust residue. But it sure sounds like it, and I wonder if the design has something to do with that.

BTW, The exhaust is completely stock.
