Are all of the panels on a 95 painted off site? I though that they were. So you should never ever see anything that looks like over spray on any parts at all. Like the rear inner fender wells. Right?? Please don't ask why. It's minor right?????? Touched up side sills, that's it. Yea that's it.

Correct - all panels received painted. Now side sills were replaced by warranty on many Gen I cars due to corrosion. The replacements were unpainted so the dealers painted them. So any overspray on the sills could be due to that. I know my replacements have some overspray on the insulation. No big deal really.

Got a little in a rear fender well. Nothing that you could notice with the wheel on. Very very light. I only have 2400 miles so I'm still insane about things being perfect. That will change with time. I bought it to drive it!

Do you think I should grease the ball joints with mileage this low? The boots still look like they are full.

I would do complete maintenance on the car. You never know if the previous owner did everything. Trans, differential, coolant, suspension, etc. Not much cost but it provides a clear mind.

Who would paint side sills on a car? They are removed, painted, and re-installed.

I would look for repaint on the quarter panel.

Paint work is no big deal unless you own a museum piece Viper. But those will have no mileage.

Have you looked under the car? Is there any evidence of frame or suspension damage?

Most people that drive their Vipers will have the front facia and side sills painted from time to time. They will get chipped up.

I have noticed that when parts rub together the paint can come off. So where the hood meets the inner fender wells, if they rub from body flex = paint transfer.
