Finally got it registered and cleaned up! Took it to OCC over the weekend and put about 300 miles on it.

Thats the car that "did it" for me, the red Gen1 roadster.

After that car came out, I sold the Vette, and began my quest for the Viper!

The Gen1 will always hold a special place in our hearts!

They are Sony Xplods. The head unit and speakers all around are Sony Xplod series. They sound great. The head unit alone gives off 50W X 4. I also have a ten disc changer in the trunk & 2 100W amps. Sounds great, bass hits pretty hard.

I thought that's what they were. I was torn between the XPlods (full range) and the JL 6.5" woofers to try and get some better punch... but those XPlods look great, and if you say they sound alright, guess I'll spring for them.

No, it didn't come with a hardtop.

I don't think I'm gonna spring for one either. I like the way the ragtop sits more. Its flatter,lower and I can take it with me on trips. I think I may get some V-Mania windows though. Those zipper ones are nasty...

I think my first mod will be the wheels. Either 18" OEM wheels or some 5 spoke 19" Purners. I saw a bunch at the OCC trip this weekend and they look amazing.

As far as other mods, the previous owner already did some stuff: custom seats & stereo, cold air intake, exhaust, hi flo cats, door poppers, alarm, 6 point belts...

I swear this car gets faster every time I take it out!
