Fluids and Hoses

What's the cost of changing out the hoses and replacing all the fluids on a 98 Rt10? Any recommendations on where is the best place to have this work done. I bought my Viper 5 months ago and before I take it out of winter storage I want to replace the tires too. My viper only has 12k miles on her so I'm sure everything is original. Any suggestions are welcome.

$300 to $1500 based on who does it for fluids. $2K for tires depending on what you want. I'd do plugs and wires too add $200 to $400 same thing.
