For WEB admin: Media Gallery errors

For the web site admin.

When I upload a picture into the media gallery I am getting the following error:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 11

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x67 -quality 70 -geometry 100x67 -unsharp 10 '/srv/www/vhosts/gallery.viperclub.org/public_html/data/500/thumbs/pol1.JPG'


Could you fix this problem ?

I have been getting no error messages when uploading to media gallery, but I get 'done' on bottom of a blank page...no uploaded pictures. I try ONE at a time, get same result: 'done' on blank page.
Don't know if this is a glitch, as someone else said they also had problems uploading too. THANX~juli
