Sunday wine may have gotten me--may have been $1. 89 share . Either way it could be great deal or dumb. I just assume the family will back the company but who knows.

don't waste your time w Ford common..the preferred is convertible into the common and still pays a 30 per cent cash div.paid quarterly. The common pays nothing. The preferred is also higher quality in the event of bankruptcy.
