Fort Walton Beach Florida Dodge dealer reviews

Does anyone have any experience with the Fort Walton Beach Florida dodge dealer and their Viper tech? I read several posts about other dealerships and issues about quality of work and I want to be cautious. I am the new owner of a 2010 convertible and it is an awesome machine. It has 4,000 miles on it and I plan on driving it some, probably 1,000 miles a year. The only issue I have found is the window regulator in the passenger door pops when you raise the window. Any recommendations for service would be appreciated. Thanks
