The lift is Cytech DoublePark.
Everything is inspected, sheetrocking this weekend.

That is a fantastic idea. With contractors around the Metro DC area, that's a $5K job. You got a great deal!

Nice lift! Very compact. The posts do not take up allot of space. The bottom cross cill is not that thick either. How low are the feet for swinging under the car? Did you have to use any special lag bolts? The concrete does not appear to be beefed up either. Do you know how thick your concrete is? I still like it!
