Gen 3 E-Brake cable re-location blocks

Looking for a set of Gen 3 e-brake cable re-location blocks so I can put some 18" race wheels on my car. New ones are way over priced for what they are. If anyone has a set with instructions for a reasonable price or would let me copy a set please let me know.
