Been working on this the last few days. Thinking about it for 3 years.

Install went well. Testing now.

Install pics. All Plug and play accept ABS wheel speed sensors.

Interesting. I was wondering how it would limit power if it wasn't tied into the PCM, but I see the injector piggyback setup in the pictures. Does it just grab a couple of cylinders to shut down or does it connect to all 10?

I would think that could potentially throw some misfire codes, but maybe that depends on how it shuts them down.

Did not want to post more until it worked, it is amazing.

System is set up for a 8 cylinders. After communicating with the engineer, we decided to install to without cutting #8 and 9. They are 360-deg apart, so the system can shut down 4 in a row. Should work on anything but ice/snow.

Went for a drive in the rain, Works perfect.

Six different user config setting.

1 --standing water

2 -- wet

3-6 dry conditions

And you can turn it off to do burnout!

Systems supports Launch Control and Flat Foot Shift. I have to make a adjustable clutch switch bracket to set at the friction point.

Hey Pokeyl I'm interested in doing the same on my high boosted paxton car. Do you mind sharing everything you bought from RaceTCS to do the install? I assume you purchased the wheel speed kit and the TCW v3 kit? Any lessons learned I should know about?

Thanks,
Scott

OK HUGE problem!!! Car is stuck in Open Loop.

Do not buy this.

If I get it figured out I will post the solution. Traction control works great. I just can't live in open loop ECU

OK my tune guy is magic. He went in and adjusted the ECU sensitivity for the P0200 to P0210 codes as well as the P0300-P0310. System works perfect now. Went for a drive this morning (Raining) to set some wet condition in the traction control.

So if you buy the Traction Control Kit, $2000 USD, and have a good tune guy. Your ABS viper can have the same traction control that was banned in F1 racing.

Tuner Torrie McPhail

Yes P03XX are misfire. The Traction Control System cuts a fuel injector to limit slip. You disable the codes so you don't get a CEL.

I don't know what was done, that's Tuner Magic!!!

Just did a dry traction test. All Good!!!

I reached out to RaceTCS and they said you were still working out some kinks and that I should wait to order until you have solved them. Was the only issue the closed loop on that Torrie resolved?

If so, this will be the next thing I do to my car.

Yes it is all working. Tuning is a slow, many parameters. PID controller!
