GEN I Coolant Level Question

Is it possible for the radiator to be low on coolant if the underhood and overflow bottles are at the correct levels?

Thanks for the assist.

Yes. The underhood bottle isn't always the place the air rises to and is captured. The heater hoses over the passenger footbox commonly capture air also.

Search for drop center and spring center radiator caps and you will find an explanation of how heat cycles can actually pump fluid out of the engine.
