Gen I Rear View Mirror Lights - 93 RT/10

OK... noticed my rear view 2 map lights aren't working - the little round amber glow light is so there's power to the mirror.
I replaced both bulbs today - nothing!

Is it possible the lamp switch on the rear view mirror is defective - any guidance guys?

Update... After process of elimination my problem was a loose connection in the wire harness plug going into the rear view mirror pig tail connection... I noticed the wire had slipped out of the plastic connection. All fixed, map lights work they way they should.

Not sure this will happen to anyone else but over time all sorts of things pop up.... One to consider if ever in my boat.
