Glove box questions

Well thanks to the threads on here my black dash was super fast and easy to install, one thing left though. How do i remove the latch from my old grey glove box door and put it on the black one? Also how to i remove the little rubber stop pieces from the old grey door? BTW thanks to PartsRack for gettng me the dash and parts a year or so ago (yes i know im just getting around to putting it in, im a little slow haha)

okay, i got the latch was simply a clip on the back i needed to take off, but the two rubber things seem to be impossible to get out with just pliers, any suggestions for those?
