It takes like 30 years or more before any car reaches "collector" status, so don't hold your breath! GTS prices will remain depressed until then.

I would disagree totally with that,when it comes to limited production high performance vehicles.Buick grand nationals are already slowly appreciating,as are EARLY model ZR1's.I made good money on 60's corvettes throughout the 80's,as well as dodge and plymouth muscle cars from the late 60's,early 70's.I already see a bottoming out of 93-94 vipers,the really nice ones.The 92-95 rt cars will have a collector status sooner than most would think.The 96-97 blue gts's are already becoming a non depreciating item.It is certainly true that the later model cars have a long way to go down before starting back up,but not 30 years,no way.JMHO
