Has anyone used the Side Sill Insulation Kit

Looking for feedback, if it reduces heat by much? and if any problems?

Have the roe. It is like fiberglass type batting. I guess it helps. It is hard to apply if you have a tight fitting exhaust(close to frame).

It definitely helps but don't try it with a factory cat.
