Have a glowing turn signal indicator, any Ideas!

I have a perplexing problem with my ‘94 RT, more specifically the left turn signal indicator. When I turn on the head lights, I get a faint glow in the left turn indicator on the dash. Sometimes it goes away when I use the left signal or switch to high beams but then comes back again later if I used those functions again. Sometimes the left turn signal won’t flash either but everything checks out OK. The flasher, wiring harness/connector, turn switch, all exterior light, all ok.
Any ideas?

You have a loose ground. Check the wiring at the f&r lamps. Also check for corrosion (same area) that may be inhibiting the ground circuit.

That was the fix.. It was a bad connection at the socket area (front). Thank you both ACR Joe and William Woznyj (which emailed me privately). You both were right on target.
