Hi Old Rascal,
If I understand your question correctly its either too hot or
too cold in your Viper and no in between. Unfortunately, thats the way it is. The Vipers climate control is either heat or AC.
There IS NO BLEND FEATURE between the two even though you adjust the knob between the red and blue.
Maybe/hopefully this will be fixed in Gen III.
