A while back I removed my hood pad for good. I love the bare look.

If any of you guys plan on painting your hood pad and want something to practice on before you ruin yours, PM me your address and I'll send you the center section of mine with the Viper logo on it free of charge to practice on.

You're probably wondering what's in it for me? Well, nothing's in it for me other than seeing my old one go to a good cause rather than into the dumpster.
