I went to install my 1" Northwind seat lowering kit yesterday, when lo and behold I discovered an amplifier that the previous owner had installed under the driver's seat. It's actually my XM receiver. Anyway, it definately seems that with the lowering kit installed, I won't have adequate clearance for the amp.

How hard will it be to relocate the amp to either the trunk, or under the passenger seat? Where do I have to run wires or drill holes? Anyone with experience in this regard, the advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Since no one has responded that has pulled their seats out, there is probably 4 bolts holding seats down, I would think there would be enough slack in the lines to pull to the other side & mount under passenger seat. My car is not here, but from I remember the panels have phillips screws holding them in. The sat. antenna has pleanty of slack & most of the other cables usually have a lot of slack. Mine is under my passenger seat.
