Help needed, template or measurement for seatbelt

I have to cut slots in the trim panel for the bulkhead in my Gen II GTS. If someone installed a race harness and can advise me where to cut the slots for the shoulder belts, it would be much appreciated.
I have downloaded Henry Cone's installation guide...but I need reference points...or a template.

I just got the team tech belts and it has a paper template.

I was just watching the dvd and it's easy if you know where the bolts are under the carpet, without having to rip everything apart...you just make an 'X' in the carpet and it's there!
