How do I burp my cooling system?

My temperature seems to rise a little pass the "norm" lately. How do I burp my cooling system? Thanks in advance.

Consider getting the bleeder valve from Keith Verges...then you can get the air out of the hose regularly (since it tends to reaccumulate) and easily.
