09 Viper purchased 5 yrs ago w/Belanger long tube headers and exhaust installed. Accident in 2025 and I need to replace drivers side. I have instructions for removing stock exhaust system and it involves removing nuts, power steering pump and reservoir & mounting bracket, suspension cross tie, cylinder head covers and cylinder head.
My question is: Do I have to go through this same procedure to remove what is on there now? I assume that when they ship the new system that there will be some sort of instructions with it but I thought I would try here to see if anyone has any tips or advice they would care to share. Thank you.

That seems excessive to me, but I've only put headers on a gen 3, not a 4. I don't recall having to take much if any of the top/front half of the engine off, but if you were pull a factory manifold out of the top of the engine bay, those instructions might make more sense. Loading stuff in from the bottom I would expect less to get in the way, with the big assumption that there's enough clearance to do it that way. Pulling the valve covers is probably handy either way just for better hardware access though. Not sure why they would want you to pull the power steering pump or the suspension cross bar (unless that's just for better power steering pump removal clearance).

I have Ballinger headers on my 09. I installed them myself and if I remember right there two part system. I did have to remove the coil covers on each side and I think the AC Plenum. I did have to loosen the motor mounts and put a jack under the engine and lift it ever so slightly to get them in position. That was it.
