How much HP needed to pull 6th gear?

How much HP would be needed to pull 6th gear or when it comes time for a tranny rebuild is there a lower 6th avilable. Nope not interested in a lower geared rear end. I like long legs but the 6th leg is too long. GTS BRuce

There is a gear available to make 6th "useable" as some folks like to say. I use my stock 6th all the time.

There is a .8 and .63 5/6 gear cluster you can change to. A lot of people do b/c it is stronger than the stock gears.
