They are very easy to remove. Remove the four hole plugs in the door with a very thin putty knife. They have release tabs 180 deg apart, so just slide the knife under the edge of the plug and lift gently. The one under the door is a little tougher to get out, so just take your time. If you break one, just buy a new one at Pep Boys or pay the price at Dodge. There are 10 sheet metal screws to be removed, 6 on top and 4 on the bottom. After the screws are out, start pulling outward and it should come off. This is the way that the GTS comes off and I think that the RT/10 is the same.
They are very expensive to replace, so just take it to a body shop for repair. There were some used ones for sale on the Parts For Sale list under Classified on the VCA home page, for around $1000 ea..
