How to remove side skirts and front bumper?

Hello, does anyone have experience with removing the side skirts where my side exhaust is or the front bumper? I have to take them both off to get repainted. How long will it take? What tools do I need? Do I have to take off the hood? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The side sills come out pretty easily. Remove the plastic caps on the black door sill carefully (plastic scrapers or credit cards, you'll need to use 2, prying the caps up on both sides and pushing in on the locking tabs at the same time). Remove the bolts under the caps. Then remove the bolts under the side sills. Carefully slide the side sills out.
