HP/TQ to 1/4 mile times

Does anyone have a spreadsheet of HP/TQ numbers to 1/4 mile times? I am curious to the hp/tq figures needed to break into the 9's. I would guess 725-750rwhp is needed to break the barrier. Anyone have any sort of figure like this?

The HP/TQ equals to Speed, the 60 foot is more important for a low ET...

Yes I agree. Time on slicks and drags are the numbers I am looking for. It is all about the curve as well. The viper has a different curve than most smaller ci engines thus can provide faster ET/MPH on the track that other simular 700hp cars.
