I hate the way my car is running

I installed the Belanger headers , high flows and exhaust about 4 months and 1500 miles ago and its seems the car hesitates on acceleration between the 3000-4000 RMP range. This has been happening from the initial install.

It does not happen when I accelerate slowly but at WOT I notice a different pitch on the exhaust note ( more muffled ) and hesitation until it passes the 3000-4000 RPM range and then it seems to be fine.

The HP seems good when I got it dynoed. 30 HP more then a stock 2004 Viper with Corsa.

One guy even commented on my exhaust at a stop light. He was driving a Vette and I just punched it. At the next light he asked me if I changed the exhaust. He said he thinks I'm running rich.

I am just wondering if I need to reflash the computer?

The only other mods are green filters and boots socks on the plugs.

What color is it? Black or brown?

Are you on the stock computer?

Are you using O2 simms or just have the O2's stuck in the open pipes?

No smoke at all from what I can tell.
Yes I have the stock computer and I am using the original O2 sensors.
