I just got my billet rims today! I will have 20's all around so what size tires would you recommend? From the ground to the fender I have around 27 3/4" in the front.

And right at 29" in the rear.

I will be going with Nitto Invo's.

Which would be better in the front? The car is at stock height and I hate gaps.

285-30 = 26.7"
285-25 = 25.6"

Rear

345/25-20 = 26.8
345/30-20 = 28.1

Thanks! I hope to order these tomorrow!

I'm no expert, but I did just finish shopping for a 19/20 combination.
You need to pay some attention to the OE tire sizes unless you plan on making plans to lower it. The OE on my 2001 RT/10 are 25.5" front and 26.5" rear. I went with the Nitto INVO 285/30ZR/19s (25.79" diameter) in the front and the 345/ZR25/20s (26.65" diameter) in the rear, the only suitable size they had in 20s.

The 285/25ZR/20s are designed for a 10.5" wheel.
The 285/30ZR/20s are optimally suited for a 10" wheel.

The 345/ZR25/20 are optimally suited for a 12.5" wheel. They will probably look a little stretched on a 13" wheel.
Where did you see a 345/ZR30/20?

I actually didn't see a 345/30... i was just playing with the calculator. :)

The rim manufacturer told me that 13" are really 14's so would the 345/25 be stretched out to much?

I don't plan on lowering it, unless the gaps are huge. Just have to wait and see. Thanks Ken!

JanceGTS, I have 20's all the way around. I have the Nitto Invo's on my car and I love them. My tire sizes are 285/30/20 (front) and 345/25/20 (rear). The 345's do not lookm stretched out on my 13" rear wheel. You will love them!

You guys with 20" rims must live where there are perfect roads. You end up with rubber bands for tires with no sidewall height to absorb impact from potholes. Not only will you damage a tire, you'll likely lose a rim too.

Oh, but they look really cool.....

Exactly Ken! LOL

Actually the roads out here aren't the best either, but this is more of a "show off" type car for me anyways. I have 265/35/22's on my Dodge Ram and it's going to be about the same sidewall on my Viper.

Never had any issues with bending a rim. I know a sudden pothole might happen, but nothing is perfect. I'm a "designer" that pays attention to details so I like for things to look it's best, but I'm not one to say "style over function". It has to WORK, otherwise I don't want it! LOL
