Hey everyone:

I do not know why, but I have this fascination with the Ferrari/Lamborghini style horn. Would anyone know how I could change it to sound like that? Is there a kit? Prices?

Thank you very much in advance

Keith,

I don't know about Lambo or Ferrari horns, but I put on those dual Hella horns that you see advertised in Griots Garage, and they are a direct bolt on. Makes a much more commanding sound, than the wimpy Viper horn. Dennis Kimball

I like to change out my wimpy stock Viper horn as well. Thanks for the suggestion Dennis.

At 118 dB, these babies would be even louder than my car, LOL! Anyone have any clue if they are compatible with an SRT and how difficult an install would be? And like Keith, I'm curious about sound quality, not just volume.

Or what about this one?

Horn?I'll have to check to see if I have one.I use the steering wheel, shifter and pedals first.I guess if stuffing your car is imminent then it would be good to sound a warning signal. Bruce

Most European horns are "Hi Low" dual tone sound. I like that sound much better also. Beats the HONK HONK of the standard Dodge horn.

F355... you have a 2001. I am thinking... your horn location is different because of the AntiLock brake system. I think yours is near the suspension. Most Vipers have the horns behind the front facia, lots of work to just replace a horn.
