Il Vca Auto -x Event Is At 7 Am !!!

Just an FYI. Just found out yesterday at the IL VCA club meeting, that the Auto X is starting at 7 am, and ends at 2pm.

This is because we have to accomodate some off track betting activity thats going to be occuring.

Apparently you can get updates on some Event line that the IL VCA has (first I heard of it was last night)...

But just want everyone to know 7 AM is the new start time for THIS SATURDAYS Auto X event !!

Yes there is.

Folks due to a need to clear the area sooner, and the fact that we always shoot for at least 7-10 runs for every person, we're moving the start time of the event to 7:00am.

Please arrive at the track at 7:00am (or sooner) so that you can get comfortable.

All updates, including this one, is available on our club hotline. Always check the hotline as events approach, especially the morning of the event!

Pressing option #3 will give you up to the minute event information like this. You'll find this number published on our website and in your club guidebook. Keep it handy! We'll be doing something special for all members to help remember the number, you'll be getting it in the near future....!

We're moving up our start time for this Saturday's Autocross. As discussed in our meeting, the track has a need for the facility in the late afternoon. Due to the fact that we don't want to compromise the number of runs we love to get, we're moving up our start time to 7:00am!

Please arrive to the track 7:00am (I suggest earlier so you can get ready, get settled, and walk the track).

Always remember, our club has a hotline. One of it's functions is to provide up to the minute information about changes to events. Our hotline number is:

Calling this number and pressing option #3 will give information on any subtle or significant changes to an upcoming event. Always remember to check it, especially the day of the event!
