I\'M HIGH STILL ON THIS RACE
Guys i'm writting from Greece.I sent D some pics of the two cars racing
today.First off let me say how the heck does Greece have more Ferraris in one
small concentrated area i can't understand.All day long I see MB,Ferraris, a
few Gallardos adn then comes my buddy with his new Corvette which he paid
$100,000!!!!!!!!!!!! ***? Anyway I am with him all day enjoying the car and to
be honest I was shocked by the performance the new vett has.He is a few
houses down and calls me over to see his new toy.When he pops the garage door
open my eyes pop out of my head.To own a V8 in Greece is insane when gas cost
around $6.50 when you do the euro conversion.Anyway he knows I have the Viper
since I bought it there a few years back.We get in and then he lets me take
her out.I am really careful with the car.Took it under 60.He telkls me get on
her so I press a little harder but still reserved since the car is not mine.We
go to the beach and chill for a few hours until I get a call from the wife to
come back, dinner time.So we head back.At this point it's about 6pm and a
gallardo streaks by us doing at least 100mph!!! I was like sht if the boyz can
see this now. It gets really freaky and scary for me.John pulls the Vett on a
red light right up to the Gallardo.A straight longgggggg road by the clif
side. My addrenaline is pumping
and I know whats going to happen. All hell
breaks out.The vett I sht you not pulls right out.I'm looking at the GALLARDO
AND HE IS RIGHT BY MY PASSENGER DOOR!Oh man I am saying to myself god please
don't let me die here.This guy has his foot on gas and he's not letting
go.Infact I hear the Gallardo screaming on my side.Freaky sound, beautiful
sound. Finally the Gallardo pulls by us but to my surprise not buy that
much.For a car that I thought would kill the Vett it was nothing to talk about.
I give the vett alot of credit for it's new body design adn speed,kicked asss
for a while. I skipped dinner because I couldn't eat after that so we go to a
local cafe.We park and right next to us a Maranello 575 parks . This is where I
picked up the phone camera and sent Dimitri picks of both cars.We wern't in
the mood to do the high speed cliff thing so I asked him to take me home.Just
walked in but I think tomm we are going to run him.No way i'm sitting if he is
driving .That guys a wacko.I'm not flying off any cliff.Screw that.Yo D post
