Installing painted dash, need help

I'm planning on installimg a painted dash to match my car. I was wondering if anyone who has done this had run into any problems that I should watch out for.
How hard is it to seperate the outer dash from the inner dash? I'm saving all my orginal dash parts so I do not want to ruin anything. Any help on procedure will surely help thanks.

It is easy don't worry about it. Just be extra careful and take your time so you don't scratch it.

Remove the piece around the Radio and shifter there are two screws behind it that attach the dash. Remove knee bolsters below dash. Remove the screws along the bottom of the dash. Reach under the dash on the top of the headlight switch, there is a button, push down button and remove light switch knob, don't force it out, it should come out easily. Now carefully pull the dash free of the clips (5) that hold it in place and lift it out.
