I'm from Finland.
Yes, Finland has some really weird import rules and regulations...
Leslie, even if Finland is part of EU, they still do not honor many of the car importation regulations, so that they can tax the crap of all drivers. Many of the regulations simply do not apply.

Do you want to put me in contact with this guy? I can see what the deal is. Many of my friends still import cars to Finland...

It is not worth my time to look further. Smells like a SCAM. I kind of hoping to sell mine and get one of the new 600 hp, not in a real hurry.
