Is your Dyno lying? Read this tech article from Car and Driver

I think you are kidding about the Vipair.
But just in case,
the problems pointed out in the article wouldn't be addressed by a Vipair.

It seems like the article is saying that the BMWs have sensors that other cars don't yet have. I don't think the big fan would aid the Viper's numbers nearly as much.

I got one question about that and if its been adressed already im sorry but Joe you would know this so this question is for you.

If the vipair sends air from behind the radiator how could that be shown on a dyno??? if the car is standing still wouldent it have to be moving?

The Vipair is supposed to direct cool air from the front of the car into the intake.

Of course, if you don't have a blast of high speed air to deflect, it might not show up on a dyno.

The argument against this very sensible sounding claim made by the Vipair folks was simply that careful, on the road, measurements show no change in intake temperature or pressure with and without Vipair.

My feeling is that it is not needed and it will never make any measurable power at less than aircraft speeds.
I also believe the claims that came with the introduction of the product were hyped.
