700 Vipers MIGHT have held the world's largest Viper parade, but 400+ "excused" themselves in the downpour.

The cops blocked traffic, the city took notice, and some crazy red-bandana-waving fan "OLE'd" 290 cars in the downpour.

"Buy a drink....get a Dodge bandana" sez the waitress.

"Make it a double screwdriver and TWO bandanas!" OLE !!
