I believe this is the same fella that was in the Viper issue for PHR magazine. Mr. James is a biker that has a 97RT that is modded inside and out. He picked it up for $24K as a wreck, gave it a custom color, exterior and interior. He said the wreck was a "woosy" (ouch) red. They show several minutes of road driving and a few donuts in the parking lot. Pretty impressive.

There is also a real quick look at #91 Oreca Viper.

Did you check out the drilled rotors? I guess nobody told him about those on a Viper. Maybe someone will make a note and clue him in if they see him. Impressive numbers under the hood though. Very nice to see PHR do a Viper issue, glad to see them cover the mod of sidepiping a GTS.
