Had a customer who was missing a packet out of his new ACR. Though he was very patience, he was alittle frustrated that we couldn't find the right individual at DC to speed up his request.
It was anyone's fault , it was just a new item that didn't have a code number yet ( or at least we couldn't find one ), so everyone was sent scrambling. Hmmm, who you gonna call?????? We emailed the Viper Guru and he came through and the problem is solved!!! Thanks go to Jon B for all his help, as he really went out of his way to help this dealer and a new Viper owner.
