Chuck,I called for some parts today,but you're out playing "HOOKEY"!!!


I decided on 11/16 washers,they fit easier in the holes! :2tu:

Rivot nut=# RN1032130FKR
Tool=# TO-GH-39200

The source for the fasteners is : www.marshfasteners.com
Button screws=# BFSHCS1032
Lock washers=# WFS#10
They forgot my flat washers so I got them locally,and they are #10x11/16x.040
Doing this mod will definitely put a smile on your face if you've dealt with loose screws!!!Hope this info helps someone and thanks again VCA for the "HOW-TO" section!!!

Nice job!

Is door clearence an issue, especially if thy begin to gently settle. will the higher fastners scratch?

Not sure what you're asking.The ones on top are inside and covered by the black hole plugs.These screws sit lower the the factory screws and look 10x better too! :2tu:

Guy, did you go with aluminum washers and fasteners (dis-similar metal issues with the aluminum sill?)?
