Looking through previous posts I have seen RWHP gains between 15 to 20 when doing the smooth tubes and filters.

I picked up a dyno-verified 7 RWHP and 6 RW ft/lbs after installing K&Ns and tubes. I believe this gain is typical on otherwise-unmodified Gen-IIs.
