I am currently looking for this 97 GTS Gold Package that my dad owned around 1999. It was sold in chicago to a Land Rover dealership around 2001. It had an aftermarket radio made by Microsoft, and would’ve been somewhat low mileage at the time. I don’t know the vin or really any other information about the vehicle so any help or ideas on how to find it would be awesome.

Tough one with no VIN, but the gold wasn't that common. Couldn't hurt to flip through VIN Wiki with a Viper search. If you're lucky it has a documented history, if not...these cars move around a lot. If you have access to old docs like registration, insurance, or purchase/sale paperwork that'd help cut to the chase in your search. Google searching vehicle pictures can also unlock many rabbit holes and leads.

Here is a link to one for sale now...making this a 1 in 7 shot. Run the VIN through Carfax and see where it has been. 1B3ER69E5VV300870
