I didn't want to be the one to tell everyone the sad news. A ricer beat Paolo's viper for the top honors. But as everyone knows, it is a ricer magazine. They couldn't let a Viper win two years in a row!

Here are the results. Paolo, could you comment on some of the tests, like *** is the Grandma test? And why did the Gross Display of HP only yield a top score of 23 instead of 110?

WHo could drive a Viper to a 5 sec 0-60??? or take 150 ft for 60-0? What did they do mount VW beetle tires on the thing.

And with 29 mpg it must have been the slant six version

The grandma test was to see which car a "grandma" could easily and comfortably drive around and enjoy.
How did they perform that one?
Did a ninety year old blue hair get to drive Paolos beast?

Fuel economy? The more fuel used = the more fun.

Emissions? The only emissions worth measuring are sound(loud) rubber(loud) and bodily emissions at the sight of the car.

Grandma test? How is that relevant to a sports car? They are supposed to be the non grandma car?

Was it Consumer Reports or a pseudo car mag?
