The first meeting of the year is in February. Generally it is the 1st Tuesday of the month at Maggiano's on Santana Row. I noticed last night as well that the calendar wasn't updated. I will check with Maurice tomorrow.

That's a 90 mile drive from Vacaville. I may have to take the commuter.

One of the guys I work with makes that drive 4 days a week. That's a lot of miles.
You have got to love being less than an hour away from Infinion( Sears Point) and only an hour and 20 minutes away from ThunderHill!

Just drive, you'll enjoy it, unless the weather *****. Its always fun rolling in with all the Vipers lined up top the parking garage. And even more fun when everyone is leaving, revving and sometimes playing on freeway if a few of us get on at the same time.

Kevin,
The meeting is on February 12th. It starts at 7Pm with reserved parking begining at 6PM. Just as MikeR mentioned you will want to drive you Viper. The row of Vipers will be incomplete without yours.
Maurice is going to give a Detroit Auto Show review as will as few other tidbits of information. He is currently in Detroit doing "research":)

He are some pics from the parking area of one our previous meetings. You neverknow what someone will bring.

Thanks for the info
Do I have to reserve a spot for dinner or just show up?
I'm getting ready to start some mods... slotted rotors, ceramic pads, high flo cats and a cat back system. So I may have to show up Viperless the first few meetings.
Looking forward to meeting some fellow VCA guys as I'm new to the club :headbang:

Terri Angen will send out a meeting notice for reservations. I don't remember the exact cost. I believe it was $35 per person and walk-ins were $40....

Here is another picture from that meeting. :)

I didn't make the meeting so I don't know either.

About the Central California classification for the VCA, originally the Central California Region was considered the Fresno,Bakersfield area or what we consider the Central Valley. Over time, the lines have been blurred and now the Central California Region has members from Cambria (along the coast) all the way up to Sacramento.

Its funny, when I got my Viper in 06, I got my VCA packet for buying a new Viper. It automatically had put me in the Central Cal section and forwarded my email to that President. Im sure some people just say whatever and stay assigned to that region. I called VCA headquarters, and had it switched to Norcal since I live 10 minutes from our monthly meeting.

That is exactly how the lines got "blurred". Glad that you got it sorted out.

I might have missed the posting but how did your run " south of the Border" with the "ILL SMOQ U" twins go on Sunday?

Sunday was fun.

ILLSMOQ put on a new pulley to get more boost, so now he pulls me. There is a bet on how long his motor will last.lol
The other ILL SMO Q, Jon, hung in there, but my car with a few more mods slihghtly pulls him. At any given moment it could be any one of us out front depending on who gets the jump.

Sounds like loads of fun! Kurtis told me about his "secret weapon". I am glad that he was able to get some satisfaction after being humiliated by your Stop Tech upgrade. :)
It also interesting to see that Jon's "STOCK" Viper did so well against your modded cars. But then again I think you debunked the notion that his car was strictly "stock" in one of your other threads.:smirk:
The Mod Wars are providing a lot of entertainment for everyone. You 2 (now 3) keep having all this fun and you will single handedly stop the mass exodus from California as the Viper Nation moves to California just to join the fun!
