Mark's pretty much on the money as far as value, mid to upper $20K range is probably top dollar for a perfect condition one.
The only thing that might change that would be if it was an original race car that was raced by a big name racer when it was new.
The condition of the car will drasticly affect the cost to properly restore it, sometimes you're better off buying a finished car because it's cheaper in the long run.
