Since the fan is driven hydraulically and I would bet you would be hard pressed to measure or feel any difference.
The alternator doesn't draw that much power unless your battery is low, I think you'd want to pump the water that was intended, the PS pump is out of stroke when going straight ahead using little power, and the AC would be off if you were really THAT serious about total power!!
You need before and after G-tech readings to see if there was any real gains.
