Sorry it took me a while to get these posted. Here are some pictures I have enjoyed and I hope you do too.

MGW's awesome Viper medallion looks especially good on a show car plaque. Here is a picture of mine with a familiar car reflected in the background:

As we made our way to St. Louis for VOI 6, we had a lovely view in our rearview mirror:

While it isn't too tough to collect red RT's in different scales, trying to find them in my color scheme wasn't as easy. Here are the results:

This was a great photo from last year's trip to Weston with the Kansas City Club. What is strange is the the picture has almost an "other world" quality, even though I didn't doctor it with filters or anything else. Still a great picture!

Last but not least, the Viper in a more civilized setting. We met up with the GREAT folks from the Nebraska/Iowa Club at the Hotel Pattee (a destination hotel to be sure) in Perry, Iowa last fall. I really enjoyed this picture, as did the employees "posing" for it!

That's all for now, but I am sure I will come up with a few more as time goes on. Thanks for taking a peek!

Chris,

I've got the same color scheme. Where did you find your collectibles?

Nice pictures! Reminds me of the car I have in the garage.

Enjoyed the pics, thanks for posting them. Do you have any of your car on a wet road showing a reflexion, I've seen some good effects done like this?

Thanks for all of the comments!

Bill - The last time I valet parked a "sports car" it was my brand new '96 Impala SS at a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Came out the next morning and the valet came back and said, "It won't start." Strange, because the car really was new. I go out with him and almost slugged him: The door lock had been punched out (big hole in the sheet metal), the steering column was cracked wide open and the wiring was hanging out. The inside was trashed and all my goodies gone (cell phone locked in the glove box, etc.). I had foolishly taken the 10-disc cartridge out of my Suburban while it was getting work done so that it wouldn't get stolen at the dealership. Yep, locked in the Impala and very gone. Had one of the Pink Floyd boxed set CD's in it too. The car was parked in the darkest corner of the garage and I would be willing to bet the valet was part of the deal (as the cops also suggested). I will never have the Viper valet parked. Never.

That said (whew!) I'll see what other pictures I can come up with!

For some reason, seeing your car parked in front of the hotel reminded me of the scene in Beverly Hills Cop where Axel pulls up in his beat-up Nova and tells the valet, "Put this somewhere nice. All this sh*t happened last time I parked here." Ha! Hope it doesn't happen to you!!
